Terms and Conditions of Use of Services at Casino Extra

General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“T&C” or “Agreement”) apply to the usage by You of the Games (as defined below), the related enabling internet, mobile or other platforms through the www.casinoextra.com, (“Website”) and other related URLs.
1.2. The Website and the Games are offered by Casino Extra.
1.3. Casino Extra in these T&C refers to MTM Corp., a company incorporated in Curaçao, registration number CEG-IP/2014-0112, having its registered office being at Dr. M.J. Hugenholtzweg Z/N, UTS-Gebouw, Willemstad, Curaçao
1.4. These T&C constitute a binding agreement between You and Casino Extra.
1.5. Casino Extra is licensed and regulated in Curaçao under license number CEG-IP/2014-0112 (issued on 30th March 2012).
1.6. These T&C come into force as soon as You click on the “Continue” button, by doing so You signify to Casino Extra that You have read these T&C and accept them. By using any part of the Website thereafter You signify that You agree with these T&C.
1.7. You must read these T&C carefully in their entirety before clicking on the “Continue” button. If You do not agree with any provision of these T&C You must not use or continue to use the Website.
1.8. You fully understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein and as may be amended by Casino Extra from time to time.
1.9. Casino Extra reserves the right to modify these T&C and, thus, to amend this agreement between You and Casino Extra at any time with or without notice.
1.10. Such amendments will become effective immediately upon being posted on www.casinoextra.com. It is Your sole responsibility to review this Agreement, together with the specific Rules for each Game You choose to participate in, in order to remain updated with all amendments each time You play. You can easily identify whether these T&C have changed by referring to the version number and the date of the current T&C stated on this page.
1.11. Rules and explanations for participating in any of Casino Extra‘s Games, maintaining your account with Casino Extra and other important information is provided in separate links on the Website and are incorporated into these T&C by reference.
1.12. Any reference to Casino Extra‘s Games in this agreement shall refer to Casino, Live Casino and other Games as may from time to time become available on the Website. Casino Extra reserves the right to add and remove Games from the Website at its own discretion. Casino Extra further reserves the right to refuse and/or limit bets and/or wagers.
1.13. These T&C are published in a number of languages for information purposes and ease of access by players. It is only the English version that is the legal basis of the relationship between You and Casino Extra and in case of any discrepancy between a non-English version and the English version of these T&C, the English version shall prevail.

Your member account

2.1. Registration and opening of Your member account:
2.1.1. In order to participate in any of Casino Extra‘s Games for real money, You must first register with Casino Extra, open an account (“Member Account”) and place money into Your Member Account in the way stipulated on the website.
2.1.2. Casino Extra has the right to appoint third parties payment services to act, receive, process and/or pay funds on behalf of Casino Extra, and to change said payment service providers, to add, change and remove payment methods offered to You at Casino Extra website at the sole discretion of Casino Extra.
2.1.3. If you open or attempt to open more than one account, for whatever reason, Casino Extra may block or close any or all of your accounts at its discretion. Should Casino Extra decide to leave one account open, it will be the first account that you opened with Casino Extra based on the registration date associated with that account, to which your remaining deposits, if any, will be transferred. Casino Extra will deduct an administrative fee of EUR 30 for every account you opened which require consolidation, as well as any other deductions that may apply in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2.1.4. If You notice that You have more than one Member Account under different names, You must notify Casino Extra immediately.
2.1.5. A request to open a Member Account is made by filling out the registration form and submitting it to Casino Extra online. Casino Extra reserves the right to refuse to open a Member Account.
2.1.6. You must enter all mandatory information requested into Your registration form, including, but not limited to, Your identity, Your address and contact details, a valid e-mail address. All information supplied to Casino Extra must be true and correct. It is Your sole responsibility to ensure that the information You provide is true, complete and correct and You hereby decorate and warrant to Casino Extra that the information provided is true, complete and correct. You are hereby notified that Casino Extra carries out verification procedures, whether itself or through third parties on players depositing or withdrawing money. You may be requested to provide Casino Extra with documents, such as a copy of the passport, utility bills or credit card. Your Member Account may be blocked or closed and/or the funds on Your Member Account may be witheld if You do not provide requested information or documents or if such information or documents you supply is/are found false or misleading. You shall keep the information up-to-date and immediately notify us of any change to the information provided during registration.
2.1.7. As part of the registration process You will have to choose Your email and password for Your login into the Website. It is Your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that Your login details are kept securely. You must not disclose Your login details to anyone. Casino Extra is not responsible for any abuse or misuse of Your Member Account by third parties due to Your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of Your login details to any third party.
2.1.8. You are not allowed to transfer funds from Your Member Account to other players or to receive money from other players into Your Member Account.
2.1.9. You are not allowed to register if you are resident of Australia, Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, The Netherland Antilles, Malaysia, Turkey, The United Kingdom, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Mauritius, North Korea, Bosnia and Herzegovina, The Netherlands or the U.S.
2.2. Terms and Conditions of Use of Services of Casino Extra
2.2.1. You may participate in any Game only if You have sufficient funds on Your Member Account for such participation.
2.2.2. All information required to deposit funds into Your Member Account, can be found under “My Account” and “Cashier” pages of the Website. You can use any of the methods available to You as specified in these pages as they may be amended from time to time. Please note that some of the methods may not be available in some countries.
2.2.3. Depending on the method selected, deposits can incur charges. For current fees regarding depositing funds, see “My Account” and “Cashier” for each deposit method. Your bank may independently charge You for bank wire transfers and other methods of payment.
2.2.4. We accept payments made in EUR, USD and GBP. The availability of currencies vary depending on the particular payment method and market. For certain payment methods, payments received by Casino Extra in a currency other than EUR will be converted into USD or GBP at the prevailing exchange rate. Please note that any loss due to exchange rate fluctuation shall be borne by You.
2.2.5. When using a credit or debit card for depositing funds, Your funds only clear when Casino Extra has received an approval and authorization code. Should Casino Extra not receive such authorization Your account will not be credited with those funds.
2.2.5.1. E-PRO is a payment solution provided by EMP Corp, an E-money agent, based on E-money and E-wallet
2.2.5.2. E-PRO is an E-Voucher issued by EMP Corp, being resold by First Remit Limited (UK), a registered money service business with Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs certificate number 12679642 & fully authorized by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a payments institution, with reference 622935.
2.2.5.3. E-Pro e-Vouchers resold by First Remit will show in your card statement as “Online Payment”.
2.2.5.4. An E-VOUCHER, constituting electronic money, is generated in the event of an intervention by EMP Corp to pay for the services offered on the MERCHANT SITE
2.2.5.5. If the payment service provider is EMP Corp, the transaction will result in the creation and purchase of electronic money issued by an E-money Issuer, to be used to credit an E-wallet.
2.2.5.6. This website is jointly operated by STARPAY LTD. Of Level 5 Quantum House 75 Abate Rigord Street, Ta’ Xbiex XBX1120, MALTA.
2.2.6. Casino Extra reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify Your identity when effecting deposits into and withdrawals from Your Member Account.
2.2.7. Casino Extra does not grant any credit for the use of any games, promotions or other services offered on the website.
2.2.8. No balances in Your Member Account will any bear interest. You shall only deposit funds into Your Member Account with the intention to use those funds to participate in the Games and you shall not use Casino Extra as a financial institution.
2.2.9. Dormant Accounts
2.2.9.1. A dormant account is an account that has not been accessed for 18 Months. Once your account becomes dormant your account will be closed and your remaining account balance will be removed.
2.2.10 Casino Extra reserves the right to use the payment company, Starpay Ltd., to process certain types of transaction. Starpay Ltd. is a registered company in Malta which is operating under the license of MobileTechnologyMarketing licence. More information can be found in About Us.
2.3. Payouts
2.3.1. When the outcome of a Game You participate in becomes determined, subject to these Terms and Conditions, the winnings will be available to You in Your Member Account.
2.3.2. If Casino Extra mistakenly credits Your Member Account with winnings that do not belong to You, whether due to a technical or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain property of Casino Extra and the amount will be transferred from Your Member Account. If, prior to Casino Extra becoming aware of the error, You have withdrawn funds that do not belong to You or used them to play games, without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law, the mistakenly paid amount will constitute a debt owed by You to Casino Extra. In the event of an incorrect crediting, You are obliged to notify Casino Extra immediately by email.
2.3.3. Casino Extra will carry out additional verification procedures for any payout exceeding the equivalent of EUR 1000 and also reserves the right to carry out such verification procedures in case of lower payouts.
2.4. Withdrawals from Your Member Account
2.4.1. Unless stated otherwise, You may withdraw any amount up to the “Account balance” balance in Your Casino Extra account, minus fees and conditions related to bonuses and subject to any relevant withdrawal fees, by issuing Casino Extra with a valid notice of withdrawal on the Website.
2.4.2. Notices for withdrawals must be made via the Website. Casino Extra will not accept withdrawal demands made by telephone or by electronic mail. Employees of Casino Extra are not permitted to bypass these instructions.
2.4.3. As a player You may withdraw all your funds anytime from the Website but Casino Extra reserves the right to limit player withdraws to a maximum amount of EUR 1000 per day and EUR 5,000 per week and EUR 20,000 in a calendar month, unless a larger amount has been agreed by prior arrangement. The Minimum amount of Withdrawal You may make depends on the method used and can be found in Cashier.
2.4.4. Casino Extra offers a wide range of withdrawal methods. Withdrawals can incur charges depending on the method selected. For the current fees for withdrawals, see “Cashier” and “About money transfer” for the different methods. In addition, Your own bank may add further handling charges. These charges may vary over time.
2.4.5. Casino Extra reserves the right to credit You back using the same method as You have previously deposited with.
2.4.6. Casino Extra may request identification documents for all withdrawals.
2.4.7. You agree that the funds deposited in Your Member Account must only be used for playing the Games. The Operator reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of EUR 10 should you request a withdrawal without a Member Account turnover that is equal or more than the amount of funds deposited.
2.4.8. You can withdraw money to you credit card only if the card was issued by an Euro Zone bank. Withdrawals to credit cards issued by countries that are outside of Europe are not possible at the moment.
2.5. Closing Your Member Account
2.5.1. You may close Your account at any time and Casino Extra will return to You any and all funds from Your Member Account subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges. To close Your Member Account You should contact customer support in written form. The effective closure of the Account will correspond to the termination of the T&C. In case the reason behind the closure of the Account is related to concerns about possible gambling addiction the Member shall indicate it.
2.5.2. The method of repayment will be at our absolute discretion.
2.5.3. Casino Extra reserves the right to close Your Member Account and to refund to You the real money balance present in Your account, subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at Casino Extra‘s absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice.
2.5.4. If You do not log onto Your Member Account via the internet, using Your “Email” and “Password” for a period of one (1) year, all balances may be removed from Your account after a notification has been sent to the registered e-mail address.
2.5.5. Casino Extra reserves the right to withhold and remove any bonuses awarded to you if such bonuses have not been used within 3 months from the date when they were awarded.
2.5.6. Bonus availability and usability may apply for certain markets. If a particular bonus is claimed from one of these markets, Casino Extra reserves the right to void any winnings associated with that bonus. The restrictions may change from time to time at the discretion of Casino Extra . The following markets are excluded from receiving and/or using any type of bonus: Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Georgia, Hungary, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Myanmar, The Netherlands, The Netherland Antilles, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, The United Kingdom, U.S.A.
Players from Germany depositing with Neteller or Skrill do not qualify for the welcome bonus.

Casino Extra Loyalty Program

3.1. Casino Extra reserves the right to change the T&Cs and rules for the Casino Extra Loyalty Program at any time, e.g. change the parameters for calculations of SuperPoints. If Casino Extra suspects that You are engaged in illegal or fraudulent activities when using the Loyalty Program or in breach with Casino Extra‘s T&Cs, Casino Extra may freeze or terminate Your Member Account and/or a related account (e.g. a referred friend) at Casino Extra‘s absolute discretion.
3.2. You are automatically a member of the Casino Extra’s Loyalty Program. You will earn SuperPoints when playing for real money, crediting your account or even logging in.
3.3. Gaming at Casino Extra for real money is the premium way to earn SuperPoints.
3.4. You can start using earned SuperPoints instantly.
3.5. Earned SuperPoints can be exchanged for real money, free spins and bonuses in your SuperStore.
3.6. Earned SuperPoints are valid for 120 days after the date they become available.
3.7. The SuperPoints are personal and cannot be given to someone else.
3.8. The SuperPoints will be updated instantly.
3.9. All necessary information regarding number of earned SuperPoints and available SuperPoints are shown in “My account page > My Store”.
3.10. No SuperPoints are accumulated on Visionary iGaming (VIG) live games.

Casino Extra VIP Program

4.1. Casino Extra reserves the right to change the T&Cs and rules for the Casino Extra VIP Program at any time, e.g. change the parameters for calculations of SuperPoints. If Casino Extra suspects that You are engaged in illegal or fraudulent activities when using the VIP Program or in breach with Casino Extra‘s T&Cs, Casino Extra may freeze or terminate Your Member Account and/or a related account (e.g. a referred friend) at Casino Extra‘s absolute discretion.
4.2. A VIP calendar month runs from the 1st to the last day of each month.
4.3. All earned SuperPoints in one calendar month will determine your VIP level the next month.
4.4. Earned SuperPoints are valid for 3 years after the date they become available.
4.5. The level of your VIP status is updated on the 1st day of each month and is valid until the last day of the same month. If for some reason you can’t play for a while, your VIP level will remain unchanged for up to 2 VIP calendar months.
4.6. VIP customers will receive a monthly cashback based on their VIP level.
4.7. The monthly VIP cashback is credited on the 15th day of each month.
4.8. Cashback definition = Deposits – (withdrawals + bonus cost + account balance).
4.9. Cashback is credited from a minimum amount of €50.00.

Your obligations as a player

5.1. You hereby declare and warrant that:
5.1.1. You are over 18 years of age or such higher minimum legal age as stipulated in the laws of jurisdiction applicable to You and, under the laws applicable to You, You are allowed to participate in the Games offered on the Website.
5.1.2. You will use this Website and your Member Account solely and exclusively for the purpose of Your genuine participating in the Games and not for any financial or other operations. Your participation in the Games will be strictly in Your personal non-professional capacity for recreational and entertainment reasons only;
5.1.3. You participate in the Games on Your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person;
5.1.4. You are not resident in any of the territories where gambling is illegal.
5.1.5. All information that You provide to Casino Extra during the term of validity of this agreement is true, complete, and correct, and that You shall immediately notify Casino Extra of any change of such information;
5.1.6. You are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable to You under relevant laws for any winnings that You receive from Casino Extra;
5.1.7. All money that You deposit into Your Member Account are not tainted with any illegality and, in particular, do not originate from any illegal activity or source;
5.1.8. You understand that by participating in the Games You take the risk of losing money deposited into Your Member Account;
5.1.9. You shall not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to Your or third parties’ participation in any of the Games and shall not use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices for Your participation in any of the Games. Casino Extra hereby reserves the right to invalidate or close Your Member Account or invalidate Your participation in a Game in the event of such behavior;
5.1.10. In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from Your Member Account, You shall only use financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to You.
5.1.11. The computer software that we make available to You is owned by Casino Extra or other third Parties and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may only use the software for Your own personal, recreational uses in accordance with all rules, terms and conditions hereby established and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
5.1.12. Games played on the Website should be played in the same manner as similar games would be played in any other setting. You shall be courteous to other players and representatives of Casino Extra and shall avoid rude or obscene comments, including in chat rooms.

Responsible gaming

6.1. You may at Your discretion choose to exclude Yourself from playing any Games on the Website. In order to block Your access to the Games You must go to the “My Profile” section and select Responsible Gaming.
6.2. When setting up Your Member Account You may also choose to impose a ceiling on the maximum losses You may make. The limit will block deposits if the net deposit limit (deposits-withdrawals) has been exceeded for the selected time period. You may also choose to impose a time limit per session by contacting the Customer support.
6.3. Should You opt for self-exclusion in the manners contemplated above then You will not be able to open the account during the exclusion period. The exclusion agreement can be found by going to the Responsible Gaming section in “My Profile”.
6.4. Any self-exclusion request would be valid for Casino Extra only.

3rd party game providers

7.1. Casino Extra is powered by game providers such as Microgaming and Visionary iGaming. Casino Extra is not liable for disputes relating to game play through third party game providers as they are under their own gaming license and are vested with game play responsibilities of their own.

Privacy policy

8.1. You hereby acknowledge and consent to Casino Extra processing Your personal data for the purposes of allowing You access and use the Website and in order to allow You to participate in Games and to provide ancillary services to You.
8.2. Casino Extra will protect Your personal information and respect Your privacy in accordance with best business practices and applicable laws.

8.6. You have the right to access personal data held by Casino Extra about You.
8.7. You must promptly inform Casino Extra, by amending Your profile or otherwise, of any changes to information provided by You at the time of registration and opening of Your Member Account.
8.8. In order to provide You with an efficient service, Casino Extra and/or its service providers may require to transfer Your personal data from one country to another. You hereby consent to Your personal data so transferred.
8.9. In the processing of Your Member Account and associated transactions, Casino Extra may have recourse to credit rating agencies, fraud detection agencies, anti-money laundering agencies. You hereby consent to such disclosures.
8.10. In order to make Your visit to the Websites more user-friendly, to keep track of visits to the Websites and to improve the service, Casino Extra collects a small piece of information sent from Your browser, called a cookie. You can, if You wish, turn off the collection of cookies (please refer to Your browser instructions as to how to do this). You must note, however, that turning off cookies may restrict Your use of the Websites.
8.11. You consent to Casino Extra‘s informing you from time to time about changes on the Website, new services and promotions. If You do not wish to receive direct marketing data You may opt out of such service. You can opt in again into receiving promotional material by emailing our support department.

Complaints

9.1. If You have a complaint, You can:
9.1.1. make use of the Live Support on the website
9.1.2. email customer support support@casinoextra.com
9.2. Casino Extra will use best efforts to resolve a reported matter promptly.
9.3. If You have a query with regard to any transaction, You may also contact Casino Extra at support@casinoextra.com with details of the query. We will review any queried or disputed transactions. Our judgment is final.

Miscarried and aborted games

10.1 Casino Extra is not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbance to the game play. Refunds may be given solely at the discretion of the management.
10.2. Casino Extra shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with website or its content; including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person’s misuse of the site or its content or any errors or omissions in content.
10.3. In the event of a casino system malfunction all wagers are void.
10.4. In the event a game is started but miscarries because of a failure of the system, Casino Extra shall refund the amount wagered as well as any accrued credit in the game to You by crediting it to Your Member Account or, if the account no longer exists, by paying it to You in an approved manner.

Limitation of liability

11.1. You enter the Website and participate in the Games at Your own risk. The Websites and the Games are provided without any warranty whatsoever, whether express or implied.
11.2. Without prejudice to the generality of the preceding provision, Casino Extra, its directors, employees, partners, service providers:
11.2.1. do not warrant that the software or the Website is/are fit for their purpose;
11.2.2. do not warrant that the software and Website are free from errors;
11.2.3. do not warrant that the Websites and/or Games will be accessible without interruptions;
11.2.4. shall not be liable for any loss, costs, expenses or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or otherwise, arising in relation to Your use of the Websites or Your participation in the Games.
11.3. You hereby agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Casino Extra, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers for any cost, expense, loss, damages, claims and liabilities howsoever caused that may arise in relation to Your use of the Website or participation in the Games.

Anti-money laundering reporting

12.1. Casino Extra shall report any suspicious transaction to the relevant competent authorities.
12.2. If You become aware of any suspicious activity relating to any of the Games of the Website, You must report this to Casino Extra immediately.
12.3. Casino Extra may suspend, block or close Your Member Account and withhold funds if requested to do so in accordance with the terms of use of the applicable gaming license.

Breaches, penalties and termination

13.1. If You breach any provision of these T&C or Casino Extra has a reasonable ground to suspect that You have breached them, Casino Extra reserves the right not to open, suspend, close Your Member Account, withhold any money in your account (including the deposit) and apply such funds on account of any damages due by You.
13.2. If Casino Extra suspects that You are engaged in illegal or fraudulent activities when using the Website; or that you are in in breach of this Agreement; or that You are having problems with creditors; or that you in any way act in a way which is detrimental to our business, we may freeze or terminate Your account and/or cancel any wagers at our absolute discretion.
13.3. You acknowledge that Casino Extra shall be the final decision-maker of whether You have violated Casino Extra‘s rules, terms or conditions in a manner that results in Casino Extra‘s suspension or permanent barring from participation in our site.

Intellectual property

14.1. MTM Corp. is the sole owner of the trademark Casino Extra and the Casino Extra logo. Any unauthorized use of said trademark or logo may result in prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
14.2. www.casinoextra.com is the uniform resource locator of Casino Extra and no unauthorized use may be made of this URL on another website or digital platform without our prior written consent.
14.3. Casino Extra is the owner or the rightful licensee of the rights to the technology, software and business systems used within this Website.
14.4. The contents and structure of Casino Extra‘s Website pages are subject to copyright © and database right in the name of Casino Extra. All rights reserved. The copyright in this Website including all text, graphics, code, files and links belongs to Casino Extra and the site may not be reproduced, transmitted or stored in whole or in part without our written consent. Your registration and use of our system does therefore not confer any rights whatsoever to the intellectual property contained in our system.
14.5. Links to the Website and any of the pages therein may not be included in any other website without the prior written consent of Casino Extra.
14.6. You agree not to use any automatic or manual device to monitor Casino Extra web pages or any content therein. Any unauthorized use or reproduction may be prosecuted.

Severability

15.1. If any provision of these T&C is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these T&C and all other provisions shall remain in force unaffected by such severance.

Assignment

16.1. Casino Extra reserves the right to assign or otherwise lawfully transfer this Agreement. You shall not assign or otherwise transfer this Agreement.

Entire Agreement and Admissibility

17.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and Casino Extra with respect to this Website and supersedes all prior communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between You and Casino Extra with respect to this Website.
17.2. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

18.1. These T&C are governed by the Laws of Curaçao and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Curaçao courts.
